An investigator called the client back and arranged a suitable time to visit.

Investigator goes and sees the client to gather more information

The Investigator assures the client that the information gained is kept confidential and will not go on the website unless given permission to do so, especially if this is a residential property.

If the visiting investigator can "debunk" there and then some of the occurances and explain fully to the client what other possiblities for the occurances then do so.

If no rational explainations are found, arrange a date and time of the investigation.

Report back to the team and arrange for the investigation to take place.

Meet the night before to go through the investigation.

Make sure that an investigator is there before the rest of the team to take base readings.

Relay these to the other investigators to compare further readings.

The investigation begins.

After the Investigation, go over the evidence and record occurances, via EVP, Photos and séances.

Try to debunk any thing with a natural explanation that happened in the investigation.

Collate the evidence together and arrange with the client a time to "reveal" the findings

Explain fully to the client each piece of evidence.

Present them with the evidence and the report of the meeting.

Ask if the report can be posted on the site.

The client says no - Thank them for the investigation and then archive a copy of the report only to be made available to the Team.

The client agrees – get them to go over the report and the photos. Post the report on the website with a photo.

Issue the Client with a "you have been investigated by GGO, and a "ghost line" for then to contact us if there are any other occurances.
